How We Do Things
Step 1
You Reach Out
Nothing can get started unless you reach out. Phone. Email. Road flare. Projects large and small we love them all so don’t hesitate to reach out.
Step 2
We Schedule an On-Site Consultation With You
We’ll have our Design Lead, Michelle schedule a consultation with you where we’ll share some of our best advice to help you down this path. Whether you work with us or not, this it probably the best investment you’ll make in your project.
Step 3
We‘ll Create a Ballpark Estimate
From that initial visit we’ll take a few days and then give you a ball park estimate based on other work we’ve done and current pricing in Calgary for a project like yours. From here you’ll be able to say, “That sounds about right for our budget.” Or, you may say, “Holy smokes we had no idea it would be THAT expensive!” We won’t know until we get a chance to meet and talk things over so don’t let it scare you.
Step 4
Time to work on YOUR design!
Working together, our Design Lead Michelle will work with you to put together a beautiful design for your space. From wall color to countertops, cabinet finishes to flooring, you will be excited about the final vision of your space. (And we will now have something to create a fixed estimate off of).
Step 5
Your Fixed Price Agreement Is Created
Now that you’ve made your selections, your final fixed price agreement is created based on the agreed-upon Scope of Work based on your selections. There should be no surprises from here as we are all on the same page. You may want to add some things, you may arm-wrestle your spouse to eliminate others, either way…we’ve got a renovation to get started! Which leads us to Step 6…
Step 6 to step ~1,342,768
Your Project Is Completed
With your approval and deposit, we’ll get you in the schedule. And over a million steps (on our part) later, your project will come to completion. (Now you can invite your friends over and make ’em jealous 🙂

Here’s What People Are Saying
We hired Olympic City to reno our kitchen and two bathrooms to bring them out of the dark ages. The price was a little higher than other contractors but it seemed like they had it correct. (We felt the other contractors would come back later looking for more money.) As it was, the work was completed much quicker than we anticipated even though they had told us 5 weeks. We didn’t believe them! But it’s beautiful and our kids think it’s awesome 🙂

We bought our house in 2021 and it was in need of a reno when we bought it. We lived in the house for a year before we brought in Olympic City to do the reno. Michelle helped us with the vision and Jonathan and his team brought it to life. The whole thing was as painless as I think a reno of this size could be. We just love the house now and our kids have really enjoyed bringing friends over after school to hang out too.

We brought Jonathan and Michelle on to renovate our kitchen. We needed new lacquer on the cabinets. Cut the bar top off the island. New flooring. New sink and faucet. Etc. It was awesome. The longest thing we had to wait for was the countertops but the whole thing was done in 4 weeks. We just love having coffee in the mornings in our new kitchen and don’t want to start the day it’s so serene. (My husband even thinks it’s awesome)

“Our kitchen, like most, is the hub of our home. But it was worn, and very dated. Michelle helped us bring our kitchen up-to-date with a timeless design that is going to last long after we sell this home.
